Cleaning space: Our team offers professional cleaning, our housekeepers have years of experience in hotels and short-term rental properties. We guarantee a spotlessly clean place, every time. Cleaning supplies must be in a secured area in the property and are the responsibility of the owner. We provide you with a detailed list of the products that must be present in your home.
Replenishing Supplies: Your home must be equipped with soaps, shampoos, shower gels as well as toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, you must also offer basic food items such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt. We ensure that your home is always equipped with everything you need without having to worry about replenishing them. Together we will come up with the right range of care products, for you, through our suggestions. Also, together we will draw up the list of consumables you want to provide per person at your property. The supply of complementary items to our team, if they are of the owner's choice, is also his responsibility. In case he chooses from our suggestions, he does not have to worry about their supply and transport and only bears the cost of their purchase.

Owner Update: Upon the departure of your customer and the completion cleaning, our team informs you of possible damages along with a photograph of them as well as the number of consumables that are in your home property at that time. It gives you a quick feedback on your customer in case you want to rate them, while also checking basic home functions such as batteries in controls and burnt out light bulbs. You are given a detailed list of checks carried out per visit.
