House evaluation – costing:  We collect all the data of your house. Its special characteristics, its style, its equipment. We research and determine the pricing policy in consultation with you. We inform you about the prices of houses similar to yours, taking in consideration  the location, the services you offer and the condition of your property. The final price that will be registered on the platform will be your proposal.

Tips for optimizing property viewing: There are times when a property needs small touches to make it stand out without needing renovation. Such as adding small appliances, a frame on a wall, adding a mattress pad, adding a welcome basket, etc. After evaluating the property, we give you a list of small optimization improvments.

Photos: A picture is worth a thousand words. A good photo is one of the most important factors of a listing. We undertake the photography of the space, helping the setup for the best depivtion of your property. In the photography there is the possibility, with extra charge, to have an even more complete presentation, such as night shots, shooting with a model, with a drone, etc. You will be given a detailed description with pictures of what is included in the basic package.

Registration on Airbnb platform: We prepare the text that describes in detail the characteristics of your property. The text includes its description, instructions for its use and any limitations, information and methods of communication. Also includes detailed description of the neighborhood both in terms of practical issues (such as access to supermarkets) but also points of interest of historical, natural and touristic value. Furthermore directons for accessing the area and the transport and transit options available. The Airbnb platform has a lot of information that should be discused and finalize together, such as payment methods, AMA code, cancellation policies, customer approval, etc.

Platform Management: We manage all the issues of the platform, entries in the calendar, messages with your customers, guest evaluation, updates of changes, communication if there is a problem with airbnb, damage requests and any other problems that may arise that requires the use of the platform.

Owner Update: The owner by learning how to use the platform will be able to inform themselves about the arrivals and departures of their guests in order to organize the required cleaning. Our team, for its part, also will inform him via viber about the arrivals and departures at his property.
