Apartment evaluation – costing: We collect all the data and details of your home.  We research and determine the pricing policy in consultation with you. We inform you about the costing of the counterparts with your own house as far as the location, the services you offer and the condition of your property are concerned.

Tips for optimizing property viewing: There are times when a property needs small touches to make it stand out without needing renovation. Such as adding small appliances, a frame on a wall, adding a mattress pad, adding a welcome basket, etc. After evaluating the property, we give you a list of small optimization improvments, (if any) and together we can decide which of them will be made and which will not.

Photos: A picture is worth a thousand words. A good photo is one of the most important factors of a listing. We undertake the photography of the space, helping the setup for the best depivtion of your property. In the photography there is the possibility, with extra charge, to have an even more complete presentation, such as night shots, shooting with a model, with a drone, etc. You will be given a detailed description with pictures of what is included in the basic package.

Learning platform management: First you will be invited to register your property. During this process you will be asked about various legal details of the platform. Do you want to approve the customer, if so what are the implications of this option, what cancellation policy will you follow and what payment method? Can the potential customer come on the last day if they wish or should there be a 24 hour window etc. They should know at all times your arrivals, your earnings and be able to respond to potential guests, change rental rates and maximize your occupancy. We can show you how to achieve this effectively. You will attend a briefing specifically for you on all application requirements. If you wish, we can register your property together. Upon completion of the tutorial you will be able to manage the platform yourself easily with confidence and without any mistakes.

Create the house manual: We create a manual where all the rules of your house are written in detail and with photos. This brochure includes all useful information during their stay. (e.g. WIFI code, alarm code, how to open the sofa, where to dispose the garbage, how to turn on the water heater, not to throw paper in the toillet, how the washing machine or the coffee machine works, etc.) A complete house guide significantly reduces communication needed with the your customer and solves any questions from the start.

Lists of required purchases: The proper functioning of your home is based on its perfect equipment. From the first day of rental, your customers should have at their disposal everything necessary for their stay. Proper organization ensures a better rating of your property. We supply you with a series of listings detailing bedding,  cleaning products, consumables, kitchenware, electrical appliances and whatever other products we jointly decide you want to offer.
